A fix of an existing mod, should the original mod author ask I'll remove it. Please use the bug tracker to submit requests.
Due to the way release versioning is handled on this site I've had to shift my versioning format.
compostgrass-v{gameversion}-dev.1 is 20 days |compostgrass-v{gameversion}-dev.2 is 10 days.
The github now has a bash shell script and a powershell script for those that want to download and package themselves. When manually compiling change the version to the most recent game-version it's basically a text file.
If anyone has any other timescales they want to request open an issue on the git and I'll git to it. ;P
I'm also down if anyone else wants to help maintain this going forward, I'm going to be busy for the next 6-months or so.

If I wanted it to be more realistic I'd need a compost starter/liquid and it would probably be more like 12-13 days. KentHD
Actually 10 days seems a reasonable time for grass compost. Good mod.
It's a pretty basic json type mod. I am maintaining but not really looking to develop the mod further. At this time at least. Caliess
I can look into it, but it would have to be on hold until I can get moved and settled in.
would it be possible to just have it as a config, with the default at 20? (or i suppose 480, if it only reads in hours)
I don't have a good way to separate them besides making a second page. The versioning restrictions on the website make differentiating release channels pretty difficult. Due to this I've left it up to the server owner using those updaters to blacklist this mod and handle it's rather sparse updates manually.
By the way, people using mod updaters as well as servers that installed the 20-day variant might potentially download the 10-day variant.
I'm gonna work on this when I get the chance, best guess edit the modinfo file to give depending version of 1.20.4 Should still work further up but if not let me know.

Any way to adjust the yield of the conversion? I feel 16 compost is way too much for how easy it is to aquire 64 grass.

There are now two versions, 1.0.1 is half, 1.0.0 is full 20 days.
Any chance of tweaking the grass compost time so using rot is always quicker? I'm going to edit the file myself but thought id comment so the suggestion is out there.😊
