Each letter in item/block names gets colored with predefined palette, can make rainbow text!

It is more an example mod than actual mod.

Palette is hardcoded and this palette is applied to all names for now.

Known issues:

• Placed block' names are completely broken, see base game GitHub issue
• Incompatible with Itemizer mod
