Please, consider changing the modid to follow the specs :
Must only contain lowercase letters and numbers. No special chars, whitespaces, uppercase letters, etc. allowed
by removing the uppercase in the modid like this:

Works on 1.19.7 but stacking happens after 3-4 seconds after items got dropped on ground

Did you take the screenshot in the thumbnail on an old 8-bit DOS computer?!
i think, items build a clot and maybe so it "quadruples server and client performance" ?!? 🤷
