Allows players to cut up three cattails using five knife durability to produce a singular dry grass. This is a quick and easy hack to allow players to make firepits more reliably in arctic/snowball earth starts.

@Orangutanion Yes they do but there's a special cracked vessel called arctic supplies that only spawns in arctic areas and they can drop some cattails.

don't reeds stop spawning before you reach the arctic?
