Micronanomod that adds a set of simple belts with buckles made of base metals and crafting recipes for them.
Also, as a bonus, added a crafting recipe for a simple rope girdle.
If you liked this mod, also try SimpleCloth - it adds a set of simple clothes in basic colors and recipes for them.
UPDATE "Rebirth-1.21"
The update adapts the mod to game version 1.21. Everything that Tyron screwed up has been fixed.

Do any of these Belts have additional storage space for your inventory? Or are they just cosmetics?
The main issue is the item code for vanilla leather has been changed from leather-plain to leather-normal-plain.
For a quick fix, unzip your BeltCraft mod folder, go to BeltCraft\assets\beltcraft\recipes\grid, and open up simplebelt.json.
In line 4, change the item code name from "game:leather-plain" to "game:leather-normal-plain".
Don't know how servers feel about changing mod files.
Confirmed, as of 1.20.4 - buckle can be crafted but the belt cannot
1.20.3 the mod is currently not working. You can forge a buckle, but you can't craft a belt.
In the current version: 1.20.3, this mod fails to properly pull the crafting recipe to make the belts (except the rope belt which appears to work as intented). You can still use a knife to get back the buckle though. I've no idea about smithing the buckle.
