A very simple recipe for making aged logs in a barrel with vinegar.

2 liters of vinegar are needed per log. All vanilla logs should work. The recipe takes 20 days to complete.

Vinegar is part of Expanded Foods and is made just like in real life, by letting wine sit too long (exposed to bacteria).

Vinegar is not distilled, ingame or anywhere else

you can make vinegar by distilling apple cider in vanilla Guimoute

How do people use this mod? Vinegar cannot be made in vanilla.

That could be applied anything related to planks (Ebony planks)

More accurate would be a recipe using iron (wool) mixed in the vinegar. Might want to think about it so that it still is kinda special for being unavailable before having iron.
