The mod is now useless to prior versions on 1.17.

This also doesn't work with tailored Gambeson.

bluelightning32 Leather has changed in VS 1.16.0. The game:leather ingredient that the error reports would now be game:leather-plain. If there are no other errors or whatever, you may be able to go straight into the mod files and change the recipe ingredients to game:leather-plain.

Or await a mod update compatible with 1.16 ^.^

I tried this with 1.16.0, and it generated a bunch of errors in the log like this:

Will this mod be updated for 1.16.0 or has anyone tested this release with the latest version?

I added screenshots for the recipes in the current version. The handbook should now more conviniently show different recipes, so no waiting anymore for it to scroll through 20 different recipes.

If the recipe does not show in the handbook and/or does not work as shown in the screenshots, please contact me in Discord so I can try to fix whatever might be wrong.

Screen shots of the crafting grid placement for repairs would be very helpful since your mod does NOT appear in the Handbook.

Hey there, i havent checked for the other armor types but i went to create lamellar armor and the recipe has been changed to how its repaired, not how its built.   This is all in the H menu guide just for clarity.  I had to turn this mod off just to check the recipe cause i was confused as how i was meant to craft the armour using itself lol.  Hopefully thats an easy fix and i might be able to provide more info if you need it! thanks

So i double checked and turns out it DOES show how to craft the armour, it just takes so long to cycle through every combination of hammer and chisle that i didnt realise it wasnt cycling.  It shows it on the last frame basically. Not sure if you could change anything about that but incase anyone else was confused the recipe is there, just takes a mo to show up.

Keep at it, THIS is a worthy idea.
