Some useful tweaks and behaviours for our server Djinland.cz

The mod is intended to be used on our server Djinland.cz. All texts are in the Czech language only, for now. Mod contains those features:

AFK notifications.
A regular payments rewarding players for playing.

Yes, rusty gears. But the mod brings also the Copper gears, which are 1/10 to the rusty gears (1 rg = 10 cg). So payment is for example 2 copper gears for 10 minutes playing (configurable).
