1) I have checked and you are absolutely right, road cobble doesn't need mortar. 

2) I'll do bauxite road cobble

3) I think that I'll add paving stones bricks to paving stone recipe, because stones I'll add in the recipe of road cobble. Obviously paving stones aren't made from regular stones, I think it's build from some kind of bricks

4) As for the texture, I'll fix it

Just found an issue with chiseling the paving block. Not sure if this is a problem in all VS versions.  I'm using 1.19.  When you chisel a block, it changes the orientation of the block.  This breaks the pattern of the floor.  I understand that the game is flipping the block when it is changed to a chiseled block. Can you change the blocks default orientation to match the game's orientation?

I am pretty sure the road cobble does not use mortar so they can take them up for maintenance.  They lay on a sand bed.  But to make things less work the sand/gravel is fine.

As far as the bauxite, I was just going after a red which would look nice in some cases.  Perhaps just pavers and not the road cobble? Maybe the road cobble could use stone bricks instead of stone since road cobble are taller than they are wide.

Suggestion...  Make ONE larger update maybe once a month with all the changes, not a new update every 2-3 days or once a week.  Most people will not be checking daily to see if this mod, or any mod, updates.

Maybe get you a larger return on time spent to add maybe 5 things in one update instead of 5 updates that add 1 thing each.

2) Good idea, I like it. I'm not sure about mortar, I'll read a few articles on this theme where it says whether mortar is used.

3) Bauxite is a sedimentary type of stone and using it in building process is not entirely practical because it is kinda soft, so I don't think that I'll add paving stones or road cobble from bauxite

Love the Mod.  Three questions:

1) Since the sand-gravel mix is generic and not visually different, would it be possible to accept any gravel or sand in the recipe?

2) Would you consider creating a road cobble? (smaller squares than the paving stones)  No mortar.

3) Bauxite?

Wow, that's a really global idea. Unfortunately, I don't think that I can do it now. Anyway thanks for the concept!  As for the recipes, I want to add parquet planks, which can be crafted by sawing regular boards (maybe I'll add different parquet planks like square, diagonal, reсtangular etc. But I am not sure about it).

I love these new floors. I do wanna say though the lack of placement and breaking sounds is very jarring to me, but that's a nitpick.

f3yLd I have an idea for your mod, that would be cool if you make a new crafting station just for your floors ! Because I know developpers in their road map want "wood working" that can be a good idea, give us a crafting station that look like real life wood working station, and then if we want to make your floors we should put the amount of wood we want inside, then that will show us all the differents parquets options, we choose the one we want, we close the crafting station and then with a saw in the right hand we spam click to "work" the wood and make it the parquets we want, like the mod "Workbench Expension", so that would be a fun and realistic / immersive / role play way to create your parquets, and that would solve the problem of bringitonwimps with the tool requiered in the crafting grid... I don't know if this is possible for you to make that but that would be really cool (and you will not need to imagine crafts so u can add infinite parquets easily !) <3

is it possible to add a tool to the recipes, like a saw maybe.  no durability usage.  i ask because it conflicts with another mod  and if this moid simply added a saw i could use both mods. If it matters the mod im talking about is the clock mod.  the same recipe as parquet square is for a clock.  just asking if not i can ask them if they could, id like to enjoy both mods at the same time.

This is a great mod! Could you make some woven reed floors or even diagonal log floors like in Sims 2: Castaway (image above)? Also bamboo parquet would be cool as well!
