SpacemanSpliff this should be fixed in 1.0.1. I simply added the vanilla recipe back. Not sure why it gets broken by this in the first place though, as it's just a recipe patch.

I want to like this mod, but it seems that when installed, the recipe to make linen from flax twine disappears and therefore linen can not be crafted. If you can fix that, this will become a must have mod for sure.
