Silent Machinery reduces the noise of the main mechanical machines (like Quern, Pulverizer, and Helve Hammer) so gameplay feels cleaner and less tiring during long sessions. You can open the in-game volume slider with Ctrl + Shift + S and adjust machine sound from 0 to 100 in real time, without restarting the world. The mod focuses only on machine audio behavior, keeping the rest of the game soundscape intact.
