I enjoy realism and primitive technology. I don't like when games artificially increase difficulty beyond what would actually be reasonable (for example in Far Cry Primal where you have to kill like 10 wild boars in order to make enough to feed yourself which is utterly ridiculous).
I'm a big proponent of "if it's not broke don't fix it", so i don't like code-heavy mods, complex content mods, or anything that might cause lots of errors or compatibility issues. That being said, the biggest mod i have in the works is "PackMentality", but even with that I'm sticking to json file patches and nothing extravagent.

Good Hunting
Rebalancing of all wildlife harvest rates. No more having to hunt multiple 80-pound wolves to feed yourself for a day. One of those buggers ought to feed a small village.
Pretty Little Things
Rebalances panning loot to be more realistic, natural, and slightly more rewarding to be a bit more like beach-combing.
Real Crops
Rebalances vanilla crops, harvesting, and reseeding to be more realistic.
