A work in progress Cat race using Player Model Lib. 

Adds (currently) one playable race of catfolk. Somewhat smaller than the Seraphs
(Between 95-75%) depending on player choice. The traits and classes are not changed,
so other than the height difference, there are no major changes from vanilla.


Additional Roadmap / Things I would like to impliment eventually

-Other Variants for tails and ears, alongside other fur patterns.
-Traits, new classes
-Wrappings and other covers for tails based on items (Clothing, armor, etc.)
-Non-vanilla Face shape


Also a little non-essential to Vintage Story outside lore about the Felvox (Placeholder name used from my writing :)

Felvox:
Felis vox, commonly shortened to Felvox are a bipedal cat-like species native to the planet bloom.
Closely resembling domestic cats of Earth, this species was discovered by colonists of the Venture
shortly after landing on the planet in 20XX. Though somewhat shorter than Humans on average,
their strength is compareable, alongside the consideration of sharp claws and more sensitive hearing...
