Customization
Foxes get particularly silly with it
The first-party models include appearance selectors for coat presets, fur/undercoat/marking colors, eyes, ears, tails and voices. Foxes additionally expose face markings, socks, tail-tip color, ear size, and odd-eye color rather than being limited to a short fixed skin list.
Exact gameplay profiles
Balanced / Distinct / Wild
Balanced is the baseline Animalica profile. Distinct strengthens the same species identity. Wild pushes it furthest, including harsher drawbacks where the profile has them. The mode changes numbers, not the assigned trait list or diet.

Reading the diet line: the primary diet controls ordinary nutrition modifiers. “Special raw-food access” is separate and lists which of Core's normally-inedible raw inputs this profile can actually use. No listed access means those recognized raw inputs resolve as incompatible rather than becoming free food.
The public Discord is where I post updates, dev builds, previews, and whatever I’m currently poking at. It’s also a place for questions, feedback, bug reports, compatibility talk, or just hanging around with other people using the mods. I help where I can, but it’s not just a support server.
Changed collision and eye height of ~350 different animals. (none of them were hand checked, as simply that is too much for me to do. if anything is off just let me know!)
Rebuilt the fox coat around a neutral, editable texture. Added independent hex colors for fur, undercoat, socks, eyes, odd eye, inner ears, and tail tip. Added sharp and blended undercoat, sock, ear, and tail patterns. Added spiky, blended, flat, inverted, full, and no tail markings. Added optional heterochromia through the Eyes Mask selector.
Made the wolf and hyena able to wear clothes. I had to disable the first person model as they caused... visibility issues. If it's too jarring/strange let me know and ill look into a more elegant fix.
Combined selector dropdowns for carry/body/antler/horn/etc. variants where supported. Improved collision boxes, eye heights, and min/max/default size scaling.
MAKE SURE TO UPDATE PLAYER MODEL LIB OTHERWISE YOUR MODEL WILL REVERT!
(changed name of pack to DLL less dumb, too. Thanks DariusDrac!)
Asking for a friend: Would it be possible to add the domesticated dogs from wolf taming as playable characters? He really wants to run around as a corgi! We are loving these mods so far! Thank you for all the work you have put into them!

Just a small suggestion if you'd care to, also because its my namesake, Would it be possible to adjust the position of the backpack for the foxes onto the back? Or at least attach it to the tail for the tail bag funnies.
I noticed it was attached to the booty, and its rather amusing.
i hate to ask this after you already made this for me but could you add a version of the surface shiver without the spikes and shards ive tried doing it myself but it just disappears from character selection ill send you a donate lol
Hello! Since the reply was so fast on my last comment I decided it's good to mention haha Frequently when using mouth carry the item you're holding starts wiggling uncontrollably
in front of you. Like it's flying around? Only fixed by closing and relaunching the world. I do have other mods so this might be a freak incompatibility?
I can only really think of two things that could cause this. 1) your using an older version where one of the animations was set to loop (and would loop forever) or 2) some animation call is still doing that If you can figure out specifically what triggers it to happen i can fix it, but in my testing ive not noticed any item causing it. Some items will make the animal do a constant sniff animation until put away
Funny thing is that when I switch pov the model is holding the items properly, no animation playing, so I couldn't really tell you which animation could it be. I also haven't noticed any specific item causing it. As far as I'm aware I'm up to date with all of your mods I'm using. A real mistery ;;; Do you remember which items caused the inifinte sniffing?
I'm going to look into it some more here, if you wanted to message me on discord, or the animalica thread and we can see if we can't figure it out (discord: Campercape)
I am sooo happy this mod exists!! I was actually asking recently in forums about how to make this exact kind of mod so I am excited it exists! Now I hope there will be a way to custom the coats/colors and hope there is a sheep form as well ^^ you're doing the hard work for all us therians haha <3
There's a pack for all the Hooved animals! I'm currently working on getting all of them to wear clothing properly, then i might work on custom colorings of fur/coats/etc.
For some reason the download only downloads a basic file, not a .zip file. Adding ".zip" to it fixes it afterwards, but thought you'd like to know! Thanks for the mod :D

I generally use a mod like Vanity to hide the poop pack, but I could move it to somewhere less... Bad if you want
Dude you're a legend if you can.. I appreciate you and your mod.
From rotation testing. For your enjoyment
Omg thats magical. Love it, Truely.
I love these mods but I really want playable Shivers
I might not be able to do the spider climb, but I could make a pack of all the enemy goobers.
That would be amazing

it is done! Happy Hunting!

You don't need to donate. You just want it to be 'bald' so to speak, then? or just the spikes?
Just NO spikes of any kind, i still want it to have the cloth rags. id really appreciate it
Like that, right?
yes thats perfect
ill upload it in a moment!
Thank you your awesome
your welcome. Happy hunting!

Great! I'm happy to try and help figure it out on the discord thread if you don't end up finding anything haha
Finally i can LARP as a dog pissing on my neighnbor's floor

Psst, hyeanids are feliformids, not caniformids. (just pulling your leg) Otherwise, great mod!!!

yeah, strange. It doesn't like the & symbol in the filename and cuts everything off after that. That's dumb, ill fix it lol

Is there any images of the models?
In the core mod listing there's pictures. I've been meaning to upload them to these but I haven't gotten around to it yet, sorry
