A simple tweak that lets people who are idle (120s by default), or are in creative to be ignored when triggering map/server sleeping.
Mostly intended for use with my friends but it should be fine to throw on any other server.
Probably* won't work with sleep voting mods.
Might* be simple enough to work on older or newer versions of the game.
