Is there any way to rebind the key to pop up the settings? It's not listed in my game controls for some reason
Remember to have imgui installed
I'll add an option to rebind soon
Thank you. Everything works now. I was missing this additional mod.
It's possible that another mod is using that key.
Or you don't have imgui installed
I'll check to see if it's possible to change which key opens the menu.
I'm working with shaderpatcheslib to avoid future conflicts between new and old mods, so that the VSR patch won't be necessary in the future either, but because of my real life job, I'll only be working on this on the weekends.
Hello, from the description, I understand that this mod is not compatible with Seamless Rapids mod as it modifies rapid water textures,
but I'd like to ask if your mod has got a similar functionality regarding vanilla game rapids? When a single or multiple water rapid blocks are right next to regular water blocks (common issue when using Rivers or Algernon's Watersheds), you can clearly see an unnatural and weird color difference between water blocks, It's very well shown on the Seamless Rapids mod page.
So does your mod address this issue?
Also great work!
Yes, my mod uses the same texture for both fast and normal speeds, and it also has several profiles and presets so you can choose the one that looks most natural to you.
Use my other mod called “Simple Water Tweaks VSR Patch.” This patch enables my mod to work with other shaders and some overrides (not all)
Thank you
Is this compatible with SheyderMod? aka, shey's shaders?
vsr will help with that
I've run some tests, and it works fine if you have the VSR patch enabled

Great mod! However my main gripe with this is that I find the caustics a bit too aggressive and I wish there was an option to tone down the speed.
I've been thinking about it for a while. In fact, I was going to add a slider for speed and brightness, but I've put it off because my job doesn't leave me much time. I'll see what I can do this weekend, in fact, I'll see if I can add a tab for caustic presets, just like with the waves.
Mod inflated my log to almost 200MB by spamming this line:
5.7.2026 21:27:35 [Warning] [SimpleWaterTweaks] SendUniforms excepcion: The given key 'swt_shallowColor' was not present in the dictionary.
Jesus, let me take a look and see, what OS are you using?
And what preset do you use?
Edit: I've linked swt_shallowColor correctly; the problem should be fixed now. Thanks for letting me know.
It sadly didn't fix the issue.
OK, I'll see what's going on this afternoon.

I replied to you on the Discord channel
to test it and see if it works on Linux before releasing it
How do I make it look less like a grid?
Press P and, in the waves tab, choose the water preset you like best and adjust it using the sliders below. Not all wave profiles work the same way; I'll remove some of them eventually.
If you just want the color adjust and want Coriaender to handle the waves, choose the profile called “calma.”
Version 0.11 released
Please give it a try and let me know how it performs and if you encounter any bugs or incompatibilities with other mods
the mod is not working for some reason?
some of the mods i have-
-coriaender shaders -rivers -watersheds -tungsten -synergy -optitime -shipwright
and some more mods but i dont think they are the problem
edit: i am also play on a server, and the server the mod installed
https://imgur.com/a/ke1qcqS
Optitime disables my mod
ahh ok ty
I'll see what I can do, although it seems to depend on what the creator of Optimine does
If you combine this mod with Coriaender Shaders Optitime, it won't disable it.
it still dosent work for some reason? i tried removing coriaender shaders, optitime and farseer still didnt work, but i did look in the log right now and there i saw it keeps saying:
[Warning] [SimpleWaterTweaks] SendUniforms excepcion: The given key 'swt_shallowColor' was not present in the dictionary.
hmm, could you tell me what mods you have installed and what graphics card you have?

Try disabling rivers mod
it works now ty!
If you're still having problems with the Rivers mod, you can use my other mod, VSR, to make my mod compatible with Rivers.
ok
is it very performance heavy like a shaders or nah
Not at all, I've already tested it with and without mods. Its resource usage is minimal because I only use ChunckLiquid. the slowdown comes from the shaders and custom terrain mods.
NeoB Greetings! I'm seeing an odd lighting glitch that produces a white sheen in falling or stepping water. It's especially noticeable underground or at night.

I have this same problem, exact same textures etc. I came here wondering if it was an issue with realistic water compatibility
The problem was on my side, but it should be fixed now
It's fixed. Thank you. =)
I'll fix it as soon as I have a chance, thanks for letting me know
Now I can finally make poolrooms
rgb poolparty 🕺
NeoB, Hey! I translated your mod into Russian. How about adding it?
If you don't mind, you can download it from my Google Drive
Sure, I'll add it in the next update. Thanks
❤️
After downloading this, the colors of most liquid are the same now. Our barrels of tannin and limewater are now all a clear white.

Oh, thanks for letting me know. I'll check it out as soon as I have a chance.
Small side by side comparison
Oh, thanks, hehe. I forgot to make a comparison like that.
