This might work with just vanilla weapons but I haven't tested it
Adds a movement speed penalty when wielding melee weapons, with an additional slowdown when swinging. The amount varies depending on weapon type (one-handed vs. two-handed).
Disables Sprinting backwards while holding a weapon - no more sprinting backwards away from a bear poking it with a spear!
Shields are unaffected as their downside is increased food drain.
Bows, crossbows, guns, and slings are unaffected, since they already slow you down on use
