arrows kinda, they are small and sometimes hard to find. spears less so.

Silver_Phoenix Hi, no they are not supposed to be picked up but, would that be useful to you do you think?  It really wouldn't be much effort to add arrows and spears, I honestly never thought of it :)

idk if it is intended or not, but it does not effect thrown spears or shot arrows.

Ok, after some digging, I found, my items ended up underground. My guess is the mod somehow pulled/pushed them underground when I died as it has never happened before.
So not so frustrated. Deleted my old post & gonna try this again.  I do have suggestions:
01. Make it possible to turn on/off with a single button push. (useful when you don't want to use it in the middle of a fight with a BEAR)
02. Add to setting > controls the function to change it from F9. (F9 was used for another mod but I changed that one to ctrl + num 5 since that mod allowed you to change)
03. Suggest using "playergrave" mod with this so when you die, things don't fly underground. (That's how I solved this but I could be wrong)

Im guessing this just needs some polishing & I'm just too used to playing with polished mods. No offense. It was late & should have been in bed.

ShadowsEdge Sorry you didn't enjoy it.  I would imagine if it is left on all the time it would cause all sorts of issues, like some people who couldn't throw hot items into the water because they would pick back up.

Turn it off When you're not using it...  You own a vacuum at home and you don't just leave it running all day, it's a tool that is designed for certain use situations.  In this case mining and tree chopping.

Also, I'm not sure what situation you could be in where you could 'lose' items as this mod doesn't ever remove or delete items and there is no removal code at all.  The items were still there you just didn't see them when they were pulled towards your position.

But thank you for trying the mod and hopefully the other mod serves you well :)

SkeletonCrew933 Hi!  I just tested by downloading the mod fresh to a new game without any other mods and I tested several scenarios but in every case all items including grass do get picked up, throwing objects like grass also gets picked back up right away.

1) Press F9 and make sure the check box is enabled   ;)

2) Adjust settings, try around 10 range, mid strength and set min to 2-3, that's sort of 'middle ground'

3) Try running again without any other mods

Please come back and tell me if that solves it for you, if not we can start looking at logs and see what could be going on :)

Unless you are using my mod Trailblazer ??  If you are using path clearing then those blocks are not dropped they are destroyed so you would never pick them up.

Hey there, I just tried using this mod on 1.21.6 and I threw some dry grass, it got sucked into me, but it didn't get added to my inventory... I tried multiple times, and it just never works... Is there some kind of "vaccum storage" I didn't know about?

I am using other mods, but nothing crazy. I can try this again without other mods if you were curious.
