Kakano It works on 1.21.*, yes. Not sure where you're seeing it as outdated.

Kakano if you want these sort of explicit removals, there's a great mod from apache https://mods.vintagestory.at/accessibilitytweaks that allows changing volume of specific sounds, used it myself sometime earlier

thanks these mods are amazing high sound they make me dizzy , btw u know how can i lower the sound inside the caves when u start losing sanity + the bell monster?
