Although, I am curious how this works around the heat mechanics with axels.

Corodius Absolutely I think it's worth updating! The new waterwheels are built around the 'rapid' water, which is not abundant and not integrated into the rivers mod as of current! I did some testing and the new waterwheels don't interact with the river current at all, but also, the new waterwheels can't be 'stacked' so to speak- so they have to be kind of jagged to have multiple wheels work together with the usually scarce rapids anyhow. I much prefer the aesthetic and function of this mod for my builds and game playthroughs!

Villoch I am looking into why this is the case

Mers Considering the waterwheels added in 1.22, I had considered this will be obsolete. Do you think it is worth doing so?

Mers, Apr 11th at 11:13 PM

Any chance to see this brought up to 1.22?

I have a small waterwheel connected to a quern via a single shaft and angled gear. The Shaft constantly disconnects from the wheel if I leave the area. Any fixes? Considering putting a toggle in to see if that would make resetting it quicker.

Corodius Any idea why the waterwheels become unstable and start to slow down or even outright stop when attached to one another?

OhCubed you should not have the 2 mods, `Hydraulics Redone` is standalone

OhCubed, Feb 2nd at 1:17 AM

The recipe for the Large Water Wheel is getting overrode by the Water Wheel.

DocDra DavisF Pentasis I do apologise for the description being initially missing, this is a re-release of the River Waterwheels/Hydraulics mod by Sneezerstein, however I also added Bronze versions, instead of just Iron, and updated to ensure compatibility with 1.21.6.

LunaGore, Jan 24th at 4:46 PM

Pentasis It's called River Waterwheels, it doesn't show it's up for 1.21 but it does work.

Pentasis, Jan 23rd at 11:19 PM

Looking at the content, this seems to be just the Waterwheel from the Rivers mod (by sneezerstein)

DavisF, Jan 23rd at 10:22 PM

An image would also be great. Even remakes should have things for users to identify what will happen when they install it, who knows what was changed from the original otherwise.

Didn't see the old referenced mod in the DB, so not exactly sure what this does - care to add a description?
