Yet another recycle bags mod (plus horse tack and maybe other things in the future).
The reason I made it is because I wanted to keep the retrieved material ratio roughly the same as for the vanilla reed basket recycle recipe, which returns 50% of the materials.
For items that use metal parts (e.g. nails and strips or plates), you don't get the metal part back as it's impossible to determine what metal was used to craft it.
