a mod that slightly nudge up your jump height for https://mods.vintagestory.at/catchledge

this mod was originally made to be complementary to catch ledge by saltywater

so you can catch up to 3rd block height instead which makes it acutally useful mechanic

this mod was made specifically for and to be used with Catch ledge, that was the intention

Issues -
(FIXED) v 1.3 - removing the mod didnot remove the jump buff, now it should reset to normal once the mod is gone - thank you Charp for the feedback

So for my world installing and then uninstalling the newest version fixes everything. :)

Charp wow I did not realize changing the player jump value would persist without the mod on, hmmmmm
I will re upload a new version that should fix this problem, however im not sure how to fix the older version problem if it already exist in ur world, ill have to figure that out but in the current time deleting player data from that world is the fix 

i iwll upload a fixed version and retract the old ones

Did some quick tests with just this mod.

Vanilla game: cannot make 1.5 block jump

Modded: can make 1.5 block vertical jump

Mod removed - same world: can make 1.5 block vertical jump

Mod removed - brand new world: cannot make 1.5 block vertical jump

 

The new jump height is retained on the first world whether or not the mod is installed after first introduction.

Zero other mods installed and the game was full restarted each step.

Charp I am unable to replicate that issue you are facing, the jump change is veeery slight.

Hey, this mods changes seem to persist after uninstalling it. I noticed just before leaving for work so I will do more testing later, so it might be a weird mod conflict.

DeltaCross Haha Pretty much, it also kind amakes ledge jump parkouring more fun and have a hiher reach

 

Desolae slightly over 1 block, but not full 2 blocks

This increase is also just enough to clear fences, not that I'm complaining. It also seems to have been multiplied by Charge Jump.

Wandour ah ok, makes sense. I can't peek into the dll file but I'm curious, exactly how much was the jump height changed by? Hard to eyeball in-game lol

Desolae  it nudges the jump height in general, it was mainly made for me to sliightly buff catch ledge, to "catch ledge" on a 3rd block. which it's possibly buff all kind of jump mods like charge jump, since it's a multiplyer, i havent tested

Does this change your jump height in general? Or only change how far away a ledge can be grabbed from?
