Would it be possible to add support for the extra arrow types added in this, please? https://mods.vintagestory.at/morearrowsfork
I'll take a look and see how much work it is going to be.
Yeah, sorry, no. It is dependant on https://mods.vintagestory.at/combatoverhaulforked which I have absolutely zero interest in.
To make a patch that requires a mod I would consider (even 1 I don't use), but a mod that itself has another dependancy, it's just more work than I'm interested in.
If you or you can find someone who wants to fork my mod to make a version that supports that, feel free. Just give me credit and drop me a link, yada, yada.
Hello! Would it be possible to make a mass production or bulk ingot mold? Give us a ability ot produce like a dozen ingots but we have to break it like the anvil to release the ingots would be a great balancing \ useage for clay.
There is another mod that has bulk ingots.
I honestly just don't cast a lot of ingots so it isn't really something I'm interested in.
it would be lovely if u can add a config file to choose which mold to add, for example I will like to disable plate mold but enable the rest.
It's on my todo list.
Hey friend, it's nothing big but.. is there a technical reason to this?
I haven't got a clue why it would be doing that.
Maybe the pattern in arrowmold.json
This is the correct one :
Thanks. Been so long since I looked at those recipes.
Never realized the mismatch, probably because I let Knapster do everything.
I was surprised when I saw the mold had 8 arrow heads whole while the finished product had 9, plus the rotation of the slots annoyed me so I dug into the code, I would have never thought that the mold where made like that with characters in a JSON file.
It's ok it made me look into modding I might go deeper into this rabbit hole unfortunately 😂
i hope this gets updated asap
With the release of stable 1.22 (not to mention Funcom ruining Dune so I'm free!) I plan on updating my mods as soon as I get up to speed.
Lot of exciting changes in this new release.
Sorry, I've been sucked into Dune Awakening and haven't been around here.
It should still work for 1.21.6
Is it still work for 1.21.6?
DEX47 I will do that next update. I did for my other mods. I don't know why I didn't do it for this mod, I guess I was figuring out the naming conventions.
Version info included in your .zip file name would help us server admins keep files up to date. ^_^
KrougalThank you :D
Yes6Ft2 I will look into making a config but in the meantime, If you go into the zip and delete the platemold.json recipe, that would do the trick.
There are lots of other mods but the changes to clay in 1.21 broke all of them so you'd have to find an updated one.
Krougal Any chance theres a way to have it without the plates? I want to keep the process of making plates, mainly as it gives better use to helve hammers. Either a config, or another mod i dont mind. Thanks in advance
The_Librarian Thanks! There's only so much detail you can do in a 14x14 voxel.
I had actually gone to 4 strips but didn't like the way it looked and so went back to the same shape as the smithing recipe.
Awesome mod but I have one tiiny gripe, would it be possible to make it so that the nails & strips mold also visually includes nails?
Oh, if anyone wants translations added, feel free to send me a language file and I will be happy to include it.
Hi, thanks for your work.
I made fr.json, how do you want it to be sent to you?

Thanks. Pastebin works. Added.
Thank you
The (new?) earthy orange variant seems to have no strings for it, therefore I see "game:block-toolmold-earthyorange-fired-arrow" as ingame name for it.
This should be the case for all the molds of your mod. I'll update the french translation when I get the new strings.
Thanks
Thanks!
Added it in English and French, I think I did it right. Added the word "terreux" to the end.
It's ok, but if you want naming consistency with vanilla molds, it should have been "foncé" instead of terreux xD
Eventhough terreux seems to be suiting it more than foncé; orange foncé = dark orange, orrange terreux = earthy orange :)
Interesting, since it is supposed to be earthy orange.
Oh, looks like you copied 4 entries of strings key but you added "earthy" to only one of them, therefore 3 strings weren't in use.
I've remade the fr.json here:

Thanks.
LivCi Thanks for the heads up. I wasn't sure if the change from "burned" to "fired" was 1.20 or 1.21, glad I didn't list it as 1.20.
With 1.21 probably going to final soon, I don't know if it is worth doing a 1.20 version, although I guess I could if people want it.
I'm not on the Discord and not sure if I want to be from things I've heard.
I am fairly active on the forums, I made a post there, and of course you can always reach me here as well.
Kara Yeah, that's a good idea.
Kara First off, I'm not your "dude". I just wanted to confirm that for other people that have clearly asked about it. Krougal said it should work and I confirmed it doesn't. Second off, most mods are backwards-compatible by nature with far and between exceptions, so it's a valid question to ask
LivCi dude. under "files" the mod clearly states its for 1.21.0-rc4. I am not the dev, but if a mod is clearly marked as 1.21, why trying to use it on a older version? Their are other mold mods for 1.20.12.
Krougal May want to put in your discription, that the mod is only for 1.21.0-rc4 and newer?
I tested this on 1.20.12 and it doesn't work, because your patches target "blocktypes/clay/fired/toolmold.json" but "fired" is not a thing on this version. Also, could you please make a discord forum post for your mod so people can reach out to you easier?
Mynxae I haven't tested it on 1.20.12, but I believe it should work, as the beehive kiln and new pottery colors exist in that version.
My other mod I have had for a while before I published it, so I know it works on 1.20.12
Does this work for the current stable version i.e. 1.20.12? Or only for the unstable one? Seems like a really hand mod to have is all.
Oh FFS! Modmaker is a messmaker. The modconfig.json was messed up, I had to fix it.
Apologies to the handful of people who downloaded it already, but you'll need to download it again.
I noticed it when I went to go back to playing myself.
Well that was fun. I believe it is complete now.
Sorry, was premature getting it ready.
I found a serious bug I need to fix first.
Drafted due to no file and no description.
