The mod makes the 3 mods mentioned compatable. It is only needed if you intend to use all three. Some extra balancing additions were added to existing All Classes Traits to offset Combat Overhaul traits
Pain Free version I removed most of the negative traits

The All classes ranged damage trait do not seem to be working with the adjustments provided by combat overhaul. melee works, but the damage calculation numbers seem to run off of a different definition than just ranged damage. is there a way this could be added in?
