This simple mod removes a random, configurable amount of reinforcement from blocks that are damaged by bombs. Should the bombs damage value exceed the reinforcement level of the block, the block gets destroyed.
Intended to be used with Thievery, by Chronolegionaire with "ReinforcedBuildingBlocks" and "ReinforceAllBlocks" both set to true.
Use on servers at your discretion as it opens plenty ways of griefing reinforced blocks.
