This is an extremely simple .json patch mod that will have hares drop bush meat instead of red meat. I made it for myself but decided to upload it incase others may want to use it.
The idea is that I wanted to be able to reliably have a source of bushmeat to make pemmican with.
This mod should be compatible with anything else so long as it doesn't affect the meat type that hares drop.
Im using it in conjuction with the following mods:
Cuniculture (https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/22231)
Long Term food (https://mods.vintagestory.at/longtermfood)
Butchering (https://mods.vintagestory.at/butchering).
A big thanks to CaptainOats of the butchering mod for basically explaining what to do to make this mod.

is this mod working on version 1.22?
It probably is. I'm not gonna be updating this mod anymore as Long Term Food now allows red meat for their pemmican recipes. Petweaker
GannaZ Are you sure we can condition the drops to the generation of the animal?

That thumbnail is gold! This mod would be cool to see as part of one of the husbandry mobs, so domestic hares give redmeat and wild give bushmeat.
