Adds chisel mode to smooth rocks without digging. Now it still needs chiseled block to change selected mod, I'll change it later.

Hey there! That's an amazing idea, that being said, in the tool selection window, I have no option like the one in your video being displayed. Just the vanilla ones. Any reason why that would happen?
