This is a reupload and fix for the mod Clay Transforming from ChandloFunkbun that was packed wrong and didn't work. All it does it let you turn two pieces of clay into fire clay.
If the original author want's me to take this down I will.

Fixed the original mod and added the ability to make red clay into fire clay as well. | ||||||
The crafting recipe isnt working for me , its just two clay next to eachother top left of crafting grid right ?
Fire Clay IRL is iron-bearing
you could set it to a few blue or red clay, and an iron nugget (or iron powder with Expanded Matter) and it would be realistic :D
RNM I am working on gettting the mod fixed. Still in the process of learning modding for this game.

Sevie That is true but for us even gettting grave was a very long trip for maybe a stack of fire clay at most. As for the flint we just got tired of wating our fuel on it.
Yeah, fire clay is much more rarely generated, only in gravel biomes and under black coal veins. you can already combine red/blue clay with calcified flint to craft it though.
RowanSkie Yea this became a thing because my friends and I spent about a week trying to find it.None of the biomes that have it are near us and we have gone about 15km in each direction,
That's one less step needed to make fire clay (right now you need to smelt flint and then grind flint, at least you convert 8 via the vanilla method)
