DecaByte The leather blocks is another mod I am working on.

Pentasis Thank you for your tip, that helps a ton. I am still very new to modding, but love it, so I still have a lot to learn. I love the community surrounding Vintage Story, so many nice and helpful people, like you. Thanks again.

May I give you a friendly tip? I make mods which I never publish, since I don't want to deal with the constant feedback ;) but in one of my mods I also made these types of cloth-blocks for chiseling. I looked at your files as I am always curious to see how other people solve the same problems as I do (never know you might learn something). I see you made a file for each color cloth-block. You can make this mod more efficient by using variants. That way you only need 1 block-json and 1 recipe-json. I posted my codes here, feel free to use them as you wish:

block: https://pastebin.com/piGupyeN

recipe: https://pastebin.com/swEKyJ6S

Heads-up: I do not use the stich-variants (diamond, etc.) only plain and colors, nor do I have a deconstructor recipe, so you'd need to add those.

Adding leather blocks or is that another mod?

💬 Yerik , Feb 15th at 10:36 PM

DecaByte Good point, I have added the sewing kit to the recipes.

I wonder how the cloth is holding it's self together? May need a needle & thread. 😝

This rules, I love it!

DecaByte I have added a way to get the cloth back, using a knife.

💬 Yerik , Feb 15th at 12:05 AM

Thanks for your input!

LadyEdain: I haven't tested it with any workbench mod to duplicate it, but it's fairly simple it should work.

DecaByte: Currently there is no way to deconstruct them, but I do like that idea.

💬 DecaByte, Feb 14th at 10:16 PM

Is there a way to deconstruct them back to base ingredients?

💬 LadyEdain, Feb 14th at 10:10 PM

Wow, late game tapestries! Or, if you're really, really ambitious, custom wallpaper. (I would assume you could make one patterned block and put it into the workbench mod to duplicate it, so the only tedious thing would be making the pattern line up on the edges.)

Added Stitched Linen blocks!

💬 Yerik , Feb 14th at 9:20 PM

If you mean "Linen (Diamond Stitches)", yes that is totally possible..... And I love that idea, I will get that added. Thanks for your input.

I love this! would it be possible to make it into some kind of variation of the placed linen? That would make it GOLDEN
