Base mod gives a 10% chance to harvest two cattails, papyrus, tule and brown sedge at a time; including roots.

The config allows up to 3 guaranteed drops per harvest.

Config lib and ImGui required for the config to work.

*****Every 0.1 in the config is equal to 10%*****
