Not critical, the game runs with these errors cropping up but I figured you would want to know about them.
I saw someone mention the dehydrated fruit one below, but the hardlard I didn't see.
[Error] Patch 3 in scrollrackable:patches/modsupport/expandedfoods.json: File expandedfoods:blocktypes/hardlard.json not found
[Error] Patch 5 in scrollrackable:patches/modsupport/expandedfoods.json: File expandedfoods:blocktypes/dehydratedfruit.json not found
I just assume that means I shouldn't attempt to put those items on random surfaces.
I know that's another popular mod, so I probably wasn't the only one getting that hardlard startup error.
I did make sure both mods were up to date just in case.
Thanks for bein a mod creator, it's nice to have more options of places to put things in game.
Hello DPhKraken,
I have been using this Mod named "P1nk Stack Size" to increase the stack size of most of my items.
At the moment, I am having an issue with ALL kinds of Stone Stacks stuck at 64 even after configuring Stack Size to 256 using P1nk stack mod.
https://mods.vintagestory.at/p1nksstacksizes
All of my other mods don't seem to have an issue with the stack size change, but when P1nk mod and your mod are used at the same time, Stone Stack is stuck at 64.
Is there a way to go around this issue?
Thanks in advance!
I see the issue on my end, I'll go and fix the replace patch I used.
Thank you very much :D
EF has shuffled some things around again, which has caused this mod to start throwing errors on startup with it's compatibility patch, just thought I'd pass it along for ya :)
[Error] Patch 5 in scrollrackable:patches/modsupport/expandedfoods.json: File expandedfoods:itemtypes/food/dehydratedfruit.json not found
saw another patch error with primitive survival
What file does this target?
Is there a trick to displaying things on the wall mounts vertically instead of horizontally? It seems to default weapons to horizontal and I can't see how to spin them so they display hilt up like in the pics.
There's no trick, the screenshots display an older version of the mod that predates vanilla's implementation of wall-mounted weapons. Anego decided on horizontal mounts, so I've followed that style for the rest of the vanilla tools. I'd like there to be that option, but it'd require custom code.
Thanks for letting me know! I think that's a weird choice on Anego's part, but I'm also confused by why you can't plant a berry and get a berry bush, so I'm used to being confused. :) Thanks for the mod!
I just installed this mod and it's great! Any chance you could please add crate visibility to the "redwood quarter logs" (not "redwood logs" -- those already work!). They're the only item I've tried so far that is still invisible in open crates.
Got it, added to the new version!
Thanks so much -- it looks great!
Can Bracelets be placed anywhere with this mod?
Unfortunately the in-world models for bracelets are rather awkward to work with. Think of them as being attached to an invisible player armature. Symmetric bracelets would have the other hand floating off to the side, which the vanilla inventory does a good job at hiding but you can see the issue when dropping them on the ground.
DPhKraken hello
im getting some errors from this mod over the patches for other mods, even though i have all the mods its trying to add patches for?

i am using the a culinary artillery experimental on the latest dev v21
i am using Combat Overhaul: Armory (fork) on latest 1.11.0
i am using the expanded foods modules; Core, Meals and Chef's Tricks. all latest version for 1.22.3
i have a feeling since these mods have changed/forks/experimental they arent being recognised? so i wanted to ask if the 5 mods listed could be made to remove the error warning (mostly since vintage story has a server (MP and SP) where 10.000 errors results in it shutting down. and would clean up the logs. thank you.
Patched in 1.5.3, though not rigorously tested.
thank you for the work 😃
Getting this wild issue from Clients connecting to my server, requesting scrollrackable 1.5.1 and being unable to obtain it, any help with that? Server was running a 1.5.1 "somehow" but has since updated to 1.5.2 but can't seem to push 1.5.2 onto the clients
Update to 1.5.2, 1.5.1 is not supported
Been getting some errors on startup from this mod re: it's compatibility patch with culinary artillery, just thought I'd let ya know for housekeeping purposes but I don't think there is any actual problem from it, that I've noticed so far at least lol

Thank you for this mod it's awesome! :)
Do you have ACA or Expanded foods installed? If not then its expected to throw out an Error because these are Compability Patches.
I have them both installed, but I suspect that their recent updates have shuffled things around in the files a bit
My error log gets spammed in relation to Primitive Survival. I think the compatibility is outdated.
That might be Purposeful Storage. Updated that with Mod Updater perhaps? It's incompatible with every other priorly extant mod on a save now.
Looks like a bunch of items were removed or remapped from the last PS update.
Got the new update out, it should fix the armor bug but I don't know if the Combat Overhaul support still works. Pies should be good too
This mod is incompatible with 1.22 without an update. Some features work, but unfortunately it also breaks armor leggings and helmets.
Would be awesome if we could put pies (full and slices) in display cases. I was suprised when the game wouldnt let me do that.
This mod seems to accidentally override Combat Overhaul plate & chain armor layers for Meteoric Steel variants from the Meteoric Steel Compatibility mod that adds comp for Meteoric Steel mod +CO/CO:A
I found out about this after some back and forth and eventual manual modlist checking
more info over at https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/33210
I'm sending this here so there's some awareness about this as I have no idea which side would have to adjust
Yes, it's a content mod so it shouldn't be affected by most version changes.
I am sorry for what I assume is a silly questions, but I am still new to installing mods in this game. In 1.21.5, is this still compatible? Thanks for the help, much love and happy whatever holidays you celebrate, stay safe <3.
Toolsmith likely changes the model of hammers.
hammers, i do not know if vanilla hammers or only toolsmith hammers have this issue, do not go into the scroll hole they should go into, instead they offset to the hole to the left. Visually, not mechanically, but still
After downloading this mod, I wanted to put helmets from Visored Helmets in display cases, so I made a patch to do just that! Sharing here for the convenience of anyone else who wants it. I pretty much just copied what this mod does.
@MrJewsbury Having just done a bunch of messing around in ancient armory's code, the most recent version ships with antlermount compatibility already baked in. Just fyi
DPhKraken Can we get Ancient Armouries compatibility? would be great to put their weapons on the walls.
Since it's a patch, they shouldn't really conflict. They'd set the container flags, and if both of them specify transforms, the last one takes priority.
I'm really happy to see that we've done different things. I've limited my stuff to what can fit in the bookshelf grid because I absolutely don't want to deal with clipping, but you've added larger things which looks super varied.
Should be eerino, I only see 8 overlapping item classes, and my mod has all the item classes in separate files so you can just delete the overlap from mine if it's a problem!
is this compatible with the new Shelf Obsessed?
Big weapons should be fixed with the latest release.
Thank you for taking the time to make this mod. There are so many aspects to it that I love, and it functions so smoothly.
It seems to be everything, ya, even vanilla (I think) things like the Falx or the spear. The Falx in particular is weird though, as its model on the tool shelf and leaning against the wall seems absolutely tiny. It even asks for a 2 block tall wall to lean against when its maybe 3/4 of a block tall.

Everyone needs a three-meter-long greatsword in their life. Are there any other weapons that appear to be too large? I'd be looking at the longsword and the saber.
I can wear my helmets again! Thats great, I'm also stoked I can put my fancy weapons on display. The scale may be a little off, lol. I kinda like it though

1.3.0 has support for Combat Overhaul and most of the important stuff in Armory. If there are still issues, let me know.
Seconding the issue with Combat Overhaul and helmets. You can no longer wear the 3 separate layers, so gambison+chain+plate helm is out of the question, you can only pick one.
Changing the patch order may fix it, but I don't know how to do that.
Thank you for being so quick to address the issue! We only just finally got our hands on an omok board and went to use it which is how we found out about it haha
I changed the onDisplayTransform to better fit in display cases (because the default transform is not good for that), but not having played Omok I didn't know that there would be knock-on effects. I've checked the code for the board and I'll disable it for the time being.
Hello, been loving using the mod but we did run into one issue!
Omok pieces don't seem to line up properly with the omok board while this mod is active. I tested it in single player a few times switching the mod on and off and every time I turned it back on they would offset themselves off the board.
This is a cool mod. I know it's probably outside the scope, but I wish there was a way of adjusting barrels to accept the same amount of items as a crate can.
DPhKraken From what I observed, yeah, it's just the helmets. I don't know if it is just the tooltip lying to me, since I wasn't about to induce head trauma to test, but it definitely displayed only the debuffs for the helmet. When I was looking through your code I was pretty confused as to how it would do that to helmets. I can give some load order trickery a try, but for now I took the mod out since I couldn't really justify the trade-offs.
I am also getting a conflict with Combat Overhaul. I am no longer able to wear a base, middle and outer layer of helmets at the same time, and I was hit by one of my Ewe rams which almost killed me. It's like none of my armour was being accounted for. Or maybe I just got hit in the head. Cool mod tho.
If you uninstall this mod, the things will be stored in the proper place but won't display properly. You'll be able to get them out, but not put them back in.
what happens if I delete this mod from the world? Will things be saved in blocks? Can I get them?
Only headgear? I also added a behaviorsByType entry for leather leggings and lamellar leggings (though these aren't as common), which I suspect would also interfere with the way they might have done things. If possible, you should load this mod last so that the Combat Overhaul patches apply first.
DPhKraken
Something about the way your mod interacts with headgear items strips them of their Combat Overhaul protections/stats. I just spent way too long trying to track it down only to find this mod was the culprit haha.
The unavailable tools are deliberate choices. Axes, spears, shovels, morning stars either have a bladed head that you wouldn't want your hands grabbing, or they're just too big to safely place without clipping. Sometimes it's both answers. I did want to have all swords be storable with the pommel out, even if normally they'd be too long. My margins for the larger swords push the clipping to the back to allow it to be covered up by a trapdoor.
So I know the author doesn't plan to develop mod support but if anyone reading this might be feeling inspired, a patch for Ancient Armory would be super cool :3
Noticed some tools weren't placeable on scroll racks, like shovels and axes. Is that intended?
Love love love this!! One of the first things I tried to do when I first got the game was put nicknacks on my bookshelves, so this makes me very happy!! 😄
Thanks 思考
I don't have any plans to support more mods, but you're welcome to write a patch to add the display attributes to the Combat Overhaul armory and send it to either me or the COA team. The transforms are just numbers that I've copied and pasted a bunch, so I don't have an issue with other modders using my work to add the same functionalities to custom items.
Ooooh, I absolutely love this. I think I need to grab this one for myself as well! Thank you for putting in the effort getting a lot more things transformed and storable! This probably took a long time to get it all looking good. If you might use it yourself, might you consider also adding patches and transforms for the Combat Overhaul Armory weapons as well?
i might have to add to my world. nice mod
Got it, I'll push out a quick update to fix it.
Can `ModInfo.json` be changed to `modinfo.json` to ensure compatibility with case-sensitive systems like Linux?
holy hell yes
First mod and you are already cooking with gas. Looking forward to trying this.
