Fixes the issue with Salvage+ throwing a massive warning log about metalbit varients not being found. Also changes the metal bit output from crafted tools to 18 as a personal change to be used with thrifty smithing.

Modded metals will not work with this mod, and will require a custom patch by adding the metal type to the varients list in the tools json files
