This is a Stone Age inspired mod that resizes all players to the average height of Homo floresiensis (3'7ft / 1.1m). This Ancient hominin lineage evolved on the Indonesian island of Flores over 700,000 years ago and managed to survive until roughly 50,000 years ago living along side a variety of strange animals such as Dwarf Elephantids (Stegodon florensis), Komodo Dragons (Varanus komodoensis), and Giant Storks (Leptoptilos robustus).
They have unofficially been given the moniker "Hobbits" among the public in reference to J.R.R. Tolkein's Hobbit and Lord of the Rings, due to their short stature and pronounced feet.
Recommended World Settings:
- Player Health Points: 10 hp
- Health Regen Rate: Slightly Faster (125%)
- Hunger Rate: Slightly Slower (75%)
- Walk Speed: Slightly Slower
Known Mod Compatability:
- FOTSA: Cervidae / Elephantidae
- Antlers & Horns / Goblin Ears (And Friends)
Disclaimers:
- This changes the Size and Hitboxes of ALL players in a server, atm there is no way to resize an individual player with Json.
- At this scale your hitbox allows you to fit in 1/2 block wide holes and 1 block tall holes (while crouching) as shown in the screenshots.
- While riding in third person your character appears in the correct position for Vanilla and Liststed Compatible mods.
- You CAN add or remove this mod mid-playthrough (but i do recommend trying out the Recommended World Settings for your first play through with it!)
- It should work with most mods that tweak or add to the Vanilla Seraph Model as long as they don't overhaul everything!

Hi, would you consider making a spinoff mod which made an optional player model resembling a Dwarf from fantasy/Tolkien?
Perhaps could you make one that does the reverse, and makes the player larger.
finally
you can now be child
could you make a similar one to make players the height of the traders/humans?
aside from making ya mot marked as 1.20.x to remove the notice of out of date ya should be fine. but im liking the idea of this now to see if this works as i use the kobold player model.
so it vary much does and i love it, but idk if imma use it in my current game... sense i plan on building a big home.
ok bug found, when using the move like kanji mod and crawling you will regain the 2 blocks high. its comedic
Love this mod! Makes it challenging in a huge (pun intended!) way but it also makes it super efficient to mine! Just crouch and move forward and you can go in a one high block! This also helps fighting some animals!
Endarius_Termina thank you for coming back to me :) Yeah, I had a feeling that would be the case. No worries, my partner and I would love to play with this as a defult because we just started a cave-person run. However, the sizes being off makes it a little difficult. Good work on the mod though, I love the perspective shift!
Waxenwald While there likely could be a way to resize key items it would cause major incompatability issues with various mods that add similar items, and while being held most items will be resized to match your size. i have been debating about at least shrinking the (non-aged) armor stands so they match the player.
Bit of a tall (pun intended) order, but would there be a way of making all the items, tables, etc smaller too?
Or have smaller variations of standard sized items?
just a lil guy :)
