I couldn't find any up to date mods that allowed for Cattail propagation so I made this to give Cattails, Papyrus, and Tule roots a 40% chance to double their drops when harvested.

Drop chance is a nice method of doing this rather than the more common infinite propagation that crafting table recipies tend to add :)

Honestly yeah. Gives me an opportunity to redecorate my ponds each harvest too.
