If there was better mods for boss type fights or even just some wandering entities that put up a decent fight, this would be a must have for me.

Champions and Unique Monsters by Ashadelo adds Diablo esque "mini boss" variants of normal enemies, I believe Wilderlands Rustbound also adds custom roaming mini bosses although I haven't played w/ that mod since 1.21
