Simple mod that allows you to add your custom images with some procedurally generated nice baroque style frames. You can also disable ornaments, so its gonna look more modern. Available materials for frames: bright wood, dark wood, brass, silver, gold. Also putting images on floor or ceiling is working already but it's early version, so some bugs can appear.
With every image, you can choose if you want to use local file (it won't work on server, cause it's fully offline), or URL (direct PNG link, that will work on server).
For now I need some more free time to add better description and to fix emissive images, cause sometimes they work, and sometimes they are totally not emissive haha. It should work on servers as well. Feel free to leave feedback, so I'll fix all the issues as quick as I get some more free time š.

The mod is quite rough. The image selection screen freezes the game (which cant be good in multiplayer), the size screen doesn't fit on the game screen, and I cannot drag it. If I do not have the materials the game crashes, and I can set the size of the screen to be too big for a single stack to go in (untested if this has been accounted for)
Huh, strange, cause I was testing it and if I didn't had materials, the "Create" button is inactive, so you cannot click it, it's just impossible, at least for me. Yes I got freezing screen during the image selection, but I plan to fix that, and still after you select the image, screen unfreezes. Thank you for feedback, chosing image from disk is a bit problematic, cause you need to use exterior Explorer for that, so I need to figure out how to fix that, to maybe minimize Vintage Story... or maybe to make dedicated folder for local images, so image selection will be directly in Vintage Story. Are you using Windows, Linux or other OS?
Windows 10, I have a plethora of other mods, but none that should be creating problems with it. i'll do some more testing on my end and i'll let you know if it's consistant.
If I set the frame width to zero it costs no resources, but crashes. if there is frame width it works, but it's a bit finnicky: you cannot use ALT to move around (to grab the materials from a nearby chest, for instance), and you cannot open your inventory, so the resources need to be in your hotbar. Though i'm extremely glad you can make the picture anywhere, then move it without having to redo that.
I tried modifying an existing āPersonalized Picturesā mod so I could add my own photos and paintings. Unfortunately, I donāt know how to program, but Iām very pleased with your work! Thank you so much for the great work!
