Recommended download (for Vintage Story 1.19.4 and 1.19.5 - 1.22.7):

VintageStory now supports rebinding mouse keys, however they get rebound globally, including in the GUIs. Unlike Minecraft where the rebind is in the game world only. This mod flips inputs in the GUIs making it behave more uniformly. That is to say, when swapping your two mouse buttons, they will no longer be swapped in GUIs, making it behave more like Minecraft.

 

You should rebind your controls in the mouse settings first.
