Warum?:

Die offizielle deutsche Übersetzung des Spiels weist viele Mängel auf, die zwar in neueren Versionen behoben wurden, für ältere Spielversionen jedoch nie korrigiert werden. Dort bleibt die Lokalisierung oft „zusammengekleistert“ und unübersichtlich.

Sie bringt die Verbesserungen auch in ältere Versionen und sorgt für Ordnung. Ein Beispiel: Aus dem holprigen „Barren (Gold)“ wird das korrekte „Goldbarren“. Das Ergebnis ist eine deutlich sauberere, stimmigere und schönere Spielerfahrung.

Übrigens, für die Version 1.22.x ist diese Mod auch brauchbar, da wir hin und wieder hier einiges Aktualisieren!

FAQ:

F: Kann ich die Mod auf Servern nutzen, auch wenn sie dort nicht installiert ist?

A: JA! Das funktioniert problemlos, da die Mod rein clientseitig ist.

F: Ich bin Serverbesitzer. Wenn ich die Mod hinzufüge, wird dann mir und allen anderen Deutsch aufgezwungen?

A: NEIN! Die Mod wird nur aktiv, wenn deine Spielsprache auf Deutsch eingestellt ist. Wenn du auf Englisch oder in einer anderen Sprache spielst, bleibt dein Spiel völlig unverändert.

F: Gibt es Konflikte mit anderen Mods oder meiner Welt?

A: NEIN! Es handelt sich um einen direkten Ersatz („drop-in replacement“) für die deutsche Lokalisierung. Du kannst die Mod jederzeit sicher hinzufügen oder entfernen, ohne dass dein Spielstand oder andere Mods beeinträchtigt werden.

Why? (English)

The German localization of the game has several issues that were only addressed in more recent releases. Unfortunately, these official fixes are rarely backported, leaving older game versions with clunky or broken translations.

It replaces messy, "copy-pasted" strings with proper terminology. For example, instead of the awkward "Barren (Gold)", you’ll now see the correct "Goldbarren." This makes the entire localization feel more polished, professional, and consistent!

FAQ (English):

Q: Can I use this on servers even if the server doesn't have the mod installed?

A: YES! It works on servers without any issues since it is strictly client-side.

Q: I am a server owner. If I add this mod, will it force the German language on me and everyone else?

A: NO! The mod only activates if your game language is set to German. If you play in English or any other language, your game will remain exactly as it is!

Q: Does this interfere with other mods or my world?

A: NO! It is a "drop-in" replacement for the German localization. It can be safely added or removed at any time and does not affect your world save or other mods.
