My first mod. If you are gonna throw tips my way keep them beginner-level and I might just learn something.
This mod does NOT remove the Clothier trait, merely any vanilla instances of it being required for crafting.
If you are a tailor already please change your class before you install the mod, or your game will crash.

Please update to 1.22.3
Getting some error spam on save load, seems harmless but idk if you'd like to clean these files up since they're not in 1.22.3. From my server-main log:

I also see a warning in in my client-main log:
"[Warning] Failed to find vanilla classes: tailor, dont remove vanilla classes (set 'enabled' attribute to 'false' instead), it will cause incompatibility with other mods that change classes, that can result in crashes."
I'm not using any class-changing mods so this won't affect me, but seems like that change could improve compatibility. Thanks for making the mod btw, our playgroup was looking for exactly this type of thing!

First of all huge thanks for the mod. It's exactly what I needed for my small server and appears to be working great.
One small issue is that apparently it can't be auto downloaded from the server so everyone has to install it manually. The error mentioned the modinfo not specifying a version or something to that effect.
Slight issue -- if you're already a tailor and want to install this and change class, it crashes the game because your current class doesn't exist.
RubberDuckyDJ There's already mods out there that add the ability to learn traits, I am not interested in making one. Also... Did you even read the EXTREMELY short description that says "This mod does NOT remove the Clothier trait"...?
I think a better way to implement this would be to instead of removing the clotheir trait, make a way for any player to learn the clothier trait. This would make it compatible with mods that add tailor recipes
