Tweaks/changes for Eusomnia RP Server. Feel free to take apart and use them yourself if you want.

Contains (or has contained): 
- disabled refractory brick crafting to hamper steel rushing
  - including compat patch for Grog
- disabled crafting recipe for Respawn Beacons
- add bushmeat to meals
  - also adds Butchering smoked bushmeat to meals
- adds tables, chairs, and both troughs as Carryon-able items
- adds smithing recipe for forlorn hope estoc (for smithingplus)
- increases durability for forlorn hope estoc to 880 (for smithingplus)
- switches Primitive Survival fish to vanilla fillets
- increases output of Primitive Survival floating dock recipe from 1 to 6
- increases burn times of fuel to match server's current calendarspeedmul
- numerous trader tweaks:
  - artisans buy Grog items
  - various traders buy different tuning cylinders 
  - furniture trader sells Cozy Bed
  - commodities trader buys Butchering smoked+cured fish 
  - survival goods buys cheddar cheese wheels
  - treasure hunter buys Butchering sausage
  - removes Wildcraft Trees door spam from furniture trader
- changes some seeds from Wildcraft Herbs (via compatlayer) to not be crops (or to be crops) 
- adds new dialogue tree to Archive resonator for plot things (this forced the mod to universal)
