I have confirmed it Still works in 1.21.6

I added it, ran out of my house, through the charred plains, through the burned forest, jumping through the birch bush wasteland for miles, suddenly I can see the forest floor for more than 20 blocks, oh wolves, turn and keep running, new biome and no birch bushes and a bear, a grizzly bear, I am not faster without bushes to mess up its pathing... I died. 

Respawn in the forest east of my home since I havent got a gear yet to set my spawn. I run blindly through trees and bushes nearly diving off a cliff I couldn't see till I was jumping off it, survived the fall and kept running to my stuff, suddenly I can see again half way there in another new biome gen. 

Now... Im debating restarting or just regenerating my world... depends on how hard it is to save my house. 

Does this still work? I also hate birch bushes... I prefer wildgrass

I do not know anything about 1.20,10, but I do know the problem with Better forest is that it adds all the other trees as bushes too. I run 1.20.07. I sugest try it with out better forest. I use this mod and the mods  "Wild Grass" "Wildcraft nuts and berries"  "R.Real grass" "Snow Caps" "Tera pretty". They Make some good looking worlds.

Ever thought about a "Aloysia Hates Ferns" mod? 

Is this mod supposed to remove the astronomical amount of leaf bush? If so, then the mod doesn't work on 1.20.10. I also use Better Forest.

Novadegree I'm jealous I get them so easy sob and hell ya- this game is my way to escape life- even if it needs like 23894628374 billion mods to work and feel immersive- I'd be an asshole if I horded my mods to myself lol

Never had a hangover in my life (no lie). I think I know what to do. Thank you for the wonderfull mod and ideas to make my Vintage Story adventure better! I love you Modders!

Novadegree so valid also please take care of yourself and drink some water!!! dont want a hangover homeskillet haha. as for better forest- i'm not sure since i dont use it. i suggest editing the values in their files with the ones i've provided in my patch.

I run a mod called better forest, I tried yours with thiers and it did not work, i tried editing thier file with no sucess. I like the trees of the mod. I just deleted the file i was trying to edit and it worked to some degree, i no longer have so many birch bushes but i have many of the other tree bushes in the forest.   Im drinking a lot of burbon right now btw. Forgive my typos.

If I copy your settings from the Birch and apply it to the other shrubs, would that do it?
