Very, very simple patch to make vegetables spawn in a wider range of climates.
Changes to min temp from default to modded:
- Carrot
5C -> -3C
- Parsnip
1C -> -5C
- Turnip
1C -> -5C
- Onion
3C -> -3C
This should ensure that you DON'T have to walk 10k blocks south in order to find anything but fennel...
