After getting tired of making my 1000th bloomery, I decided to make my first mod for VS, adding a new fuel type using only vanilla items.

Meet Carbon Uranite - the "big boy coal". This badboy smelts almost everything with ease, allowing you to put your favorite metals into the crucible and smelt them down without a need for bloomery. I tried to make it somewhat balanced by making the new coal be made with:
8xBlack Coal/8xBrown Coal, 16x/20xPowdered Charcoal, 1xNugget (Uranium) and 4xElectrum bits = 32x Carbon Uranite, with burning duration of 90s and burning temperature of 1939°C.

"But you can't get Uranium in the game, it's unused, not spawning and pretty much unobtanium!"

Yeah, you can now. Simply hammer and chisel a temporal gear for a single nugget of your favorite, singular gram of 20b calories. Yum.

I also included a hidden way to make Meteoric Iron, but you can probably take a look in the files and find out that way. It does use Uranium, to add some more purpose to it.

It should be Uranium Carbide, not Carbon Uranite. Carbon Uranite is not a real thing, but uranium carbide is

Yeah, that's the point. It's not supposed to be a real thing. I feel like adding a bit of wonky stuff into the game isn't that weird, given that we have temporal monsters, travel between worlds and alternate universes, corrupted machines and a world empty after an ancient plague (all of that in roughly 14th/15th century).
