This is a small mod that adds four nine new Canadian-themed clothing items to keep yourself warm during the winter.
All Most textures were made by modifying existing in-game clothing textures to keep with the visual style of the game.
There shouldn't be any conflicts with existing mods as far as I can tell, but this is the first mod I've ever put together so please let me know if any conflicts or errors arise. I can't promise I'll know how to fix them, but I can sure try!
Coming Soon(ish):
- Model adjustments to prevent the flannel shirt from looking untucked.
- More color options.
- Looking into a bug report where Right-Clicking to equip turns the boots into the vanilla Knee-High Fur Boots.
Version 1.3.0 Updates:
- Updated for VS 1.22.3 by xXx_Ape_xXx.
Version 1.2.0 Updates:
- Models added for items that previously mapped directly to the Seraph body.
- Adjusted texture files to fit 1.21 format.
Version 1.1.0 Updates:
- Added a Toque and two variants of Ushanka. Models and toque texture by xXx_Ape_xXx.
- Added a scarf and gloves.
- Made the boots ground storable.

want to see the clothes for this made compatible with female seraph so i can really be my best northern gal at heart
I will hold over with the parts that dont clip bad until then (like hats also vanishing chests for some reason), but the shirts really need it lol
Hey! As a fellow Canadian, I love seeing our gear!
I did find an issue however, if you equip the boots with right click, it changes them into the vanilla knee high fur boots
I haven't had that happen on my end so far, but I'll dive into the code when I get a chance to see if there's anything in there that may be causing it.
Do you have any other clothing mods that may be conflicting with it?
I do actually... many of the 1.22 updated clothing mods... Didn't know there would be a compatability issue, and none were listed, so I figured it would be fine...

Mod is updated for 1.22.3 and I'll do some tweaks at some point to fix a couple layering issues between the shirt and pants!

I have NO idea what might be causing it but whenever i put on the boots (haven't tested the rest of the clothes) they play a breaking sound and turn into regular knee high fur boots :<

I haven't seen this mod before, but looks awesome <3 I've always wanted to live in Canada, now at least I can in Vintage Story xd

Tuffy I actually finally managed to get to doing the rest of the code to get an update out, and xXx_Ape_xXx was a massive help for making the models!

Also, I can't believe you haven't taken xXx_Ape_xXx help with the flap cap. That would be groovy!
I've noticed that the boots aren't able to be placed for ground storage. Maybe that's something that can be addressed when the hat is added in? The mod is lovely and kept me warm through many a cold exploration through Better Ruins' bigger sites.

Resserfi If I can either find someone to help with making the model, or learn how to make it myself, then that would be a great addition along with a toque for a couple of hat options!

ParallelPenguins I wanted to add one but I feel like it would need a custom model to have the right look, and that's a step beyond my skill level at the moment... I could put together a texture, but I might have to reach out to someone for a hand with the model! :)
Oh Solstin a toque! You forgot a toque! How can I get through my Manitoba Winter with out a toque? LOL (Edit: I know there's a toque in some other mods. It's just that this one specifically says Canadian so I was expecting a toque. Also - can't wait to see these clothes show up in one of your next episodes!)
