MOD STILL WORKS ON LATEST VERSION

Used some skyrim skybox stuff, and I took the picture of the moon back in 2023 with a simple DSLR and a 40mm lens.

Different versions will always be updated to work with the latest stable release

What if I want a specific color variation, or one without the andromeda galaxy?

- V1.0.0: The one in the screenshots.
- V1.0.1: Same as the screenshots, minus the Andromeda galaxy.
- V1.0.2: Same as the screenshots, minus the Andromeda galaxy and the blue and orange nebulae.

All screenshots were taken on my server, The Echoes Of The Old Order. Hi, I downloaded the mod but the skybox doesn't seem to be appearing. my sky just goes from orange to a blackish blue at night

GlooMeGlo
tried downloading the version with nebula after downloading the version without by accident, deleted it but still no nebula, do i have to delete something from somewhere else?

TheLastHope, Dec 6th 2025 at 2:30 AM

Having a small issue, I Downloaded the version without the nebula or andromeda by accident, then deleted it and installed the version that does have them,
but still missing. Am I meant to delete another file somewhere else first?

Silverfang No, but I can make one. I'm taking some time to relax for now though, since I just got done pushing out my class mod. I'll ping you when I do, but if I forget just dm me on discord. Name is the same as here.

Hello, Is there a version that does have the Andromeda galaxy, but not the orange nebula?

GlooMeGlo , Jun 5th 2025 at 5:55 PM

RussianKitty simply go into the mod file and delete the moon images and folder, it'll auto revert to vanilla ^^

I can make a new version with that in mind if you'd like.

Is there a way to use the vanilla moon?

GlooMeGlo , May 8th 2025 at 5:39 PM

crumps I'd assume it does affect the eclipses, but I'm unsure. I don't see anything in the game files that suggests it uses a texture other than the moon texture for eclipses, but I could be wrong. As far as being dark, I think it might be a little lighter if you have the light sources way up.

Acsiel Thank you!

Great skybox, I'm using the 1.0.0 version and it makes the game look like a high fantasy setting. Thanks for your work.

Two questions for ya!

Does this affect the in-game eclipses at all with the custom moon texture?

And is it still as dark at night?

Sidfu

That's just because of fov settings. Vanilla skybox does the same at higher fovs. It's more noticeable with larger stars, which are the nebulae I put in there. There's a version without them, and only has the milky way and the stars.

Sidfu, Apr 1st 2025 at 6:59 PM

hmm feels like the perspective is off as the stars all seem to be streching toward a point making it feel like tunnel vision . you can see it in the last SS also.

Very beautiful skybox! I love the blue stars.
