Do you wish there were some better way to store arrows?
Frustrated by having to open a chest or place a large crate at important places you wish to protect?
Well, then this mod is for you!
Now you can store your precious arrows in life-size barrels, just like in the Medieval period.
Give your archers and warriors ease of access to this crucial resource in dire need of ammunition.
Grab only one and one arrow if you wish, or take out a whole stack if you want to stock up before that pesky Shiver comes jumping for you!
Now, also with barrels for Spears and Sticks!
What this mod currently changes/adds:
- Barrels for storing arrows, spears and sticks, in all available vanilla wood types
- Functions like crates for adding and taking out arrows, spears and sticks
- Modular shapes to represent the content of the barrel, changing as you add or take out content from the barrels
- Looks fantastic along your castle battlements and other places of importance
- Config file for easy configuration of inventory slots for each barrel type (requires ConfigLib)

is there a way to remove the big label on the arrow/spear barrels? i don't see them in the pictures here and i rlly don't like how the labels look XP
Are you aware of the spear barrel visual mismatch? spears on the barrel display different types of what is in them. This is only a visual mismatch. The actual content of the barrel is correct.
I'm not taking about the label. The label too doesn't represent the content. And that is fine. But the spears changing models in barrel is a little confusing. Anyways, this is a really great mod. it is much appreciated.

If you are taking feedback... I wouldn't want to see this mod split into multiple mods, the themes are pretty consistent (storage of shaft having items in barrels)
If you want to change the name though... "Projectile Barrels" is my vote ?but current title works just fine in my book. Great mod.

Yes, you are correct, it is a lot of sticks for a small barrel like this.
Then again, a crate takes up the same amount of space, and can hold 1000+ sticks depending on the material used.
And yes, I'm working on adding a proper config file, with support for ConfigLib usage, in the next update.
Config file? I know you probably balanced against crates, but 8 slots for stick barrel is a lotta sticks.

This mod is wonderful for how simple it is. It's gotten a lot of use in my small community server for the few hunters we have, and has saved the day in a few emergencies so far.

just a idea but could you make a barral for sticks i know the game has piles o sticks but i would love to see a barral of stick for storage

great mod, great idea AND great compability, love it. also you should make the combat overhaul javelins work too (or add another type of barrel for them) would be cool and make sense

As someone who regularly plays a hunter, I love this! Would you be able to add the bone arrows from the Butchering mod as well?

Currently this only works with the vanilla arrows, but compatibility with other mods is on the to-do list.
What mods did you have in mind?
Does this work with modded projectiles? Crossbow bolts, arrows from modded mats, etc?
