Add Some Colour!

I needed red planks for a building and this is the result. :D

This mod adds planks, wood blocks, fences and fence gates in 19 colours and crushed resin for the recipes. The wood blocks have the same texture on all sides (orientation works just like for planks) and are nice for chiseling wood without planks or log textures showing up anywhere.

Basic grid recipe:

The grid recipes need 
lime, 
crushed resin (resin crushed with a hammer), 
a stick to stir (don't worry, those who never have enough sticks: it's not getting used up atm ^^), 
dye in a bucket, 
and for most things the object you want to colour or
for coloured wood blocks debarked logs and a saw.

Ingredients:

Most recipes take 
1 lime, 
1 crushed resin (you get 4 per resin) and 
1 liter of dye for 
1 coloured block. 
Some need an additional lime or powdered charcoal. 
Blue dye and woad blue dye both work.

Colours:

Beige
Light brown
Medium brown
Dark brown

Black
Dark gray
Medium gray
Light gray
White

Yellow
Orange
Red
Pink
Lavender
Purple
Blue
Dark blue
Green
Olive
